Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
  • Clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, we are happy to exchange your item. Contact us to arrange the exchange, and we will provide further details.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
